AUTOCAD
All documentation is being done using the Autocad facilities of the latest release version. This includes full size drawings as well as calculations & other documentation if desired. Efficient production of these Autocad files is accomplished by having 1-man do all the work which includes design & analysis using applicable computer programs. ANSYS
Performing complex dynamic analyses for huge compressor foundations. Smaller single mass systems are being analyzed using programs from Structural Vibration Engineers of Houston, Texas.   ANSYS finite element analysis is also very useful in checking plate panels subject to transverse loading for large deflection behaviour when membrane stresses are being mobilized. STAAD  or  GTSTRUDL
Structures can be analyzed and designed using either the STAAD or GTSTRUDL computer codes. There is no limit to the size & complexity of the computer models since there are powerful machines available with plenty of RAM and hard disk storage. Please view sample structure.


StruCalc
Easy to use software for doing engineering calculations of many common structural members required for residential and light commercial design. A most intuitive structural analysis and design program made for architects, engineers and general contractors.


Enercalc
A superb system for creating and managing engineering calculations for structural Steel, Concrete, Timber, Masonry, Connections, and Retaining Walls.


Pipe Stress Analysis
Scope of work includes analysis of cryogenic, power plant & petro-chemical systems using the Research Engineers ADL-PIPE program. Upon request pipe stress analysis can also be done using the CAESAR system. Pipe support design will be included if required by client.
 

Pressure Vessel with ANSYS
This vessel could not be properly analyzed with the FE-Pipe system as there were many stanchions coming in on the lower head. An ANSYS finite element model was therefore created. Please view  Pressure Vessel Analysis.
